We specialize in naturally preserved vegetable condiments using lacto-fermentation (naturally pickled) – ‘living’ – and produce about a dozen products including sauerkrauts, kimchis, and other fermented condiments made with the highest-quality whole-food ingredients with a goal of sourcing primarily from small farms within a 150 mile radius of our fermentation facility. We are passionate about preserving vegetables for local food security and human health. All of our products are freshly fermented and are a refrigerated product after fermentation.
