Sustainable, Enjoyable, Attainable is the concept of Aloy Modern Thai. Owners Bo Bean and Arisa Chanchokpong grew up in Bangkok, and have brought several top chefs from Thailand, that have been wowing Thais with their modern, fusion, and vegetarian specialties. We care about community, local and worldwide. We work with local farmers and producers to serve the freshest and best Colorado produce and products, and put sustainability first in all things. We support local non-profits like the Colorado Les Dames DaEscoffieras scholarship program and Slow Food Denveras school Seed to Table Program.
