We started Montana City Meats in the Fall of 2002 with a passion for raising our own locally grown animals, and to grow our own garden. Our priority has been to get away from processed foods, and store-bought meat full of hormones and treated with irradiation techniques, red-dye injections, sodium injections, and gas packaging with carbon monoxide (Mother Earth News, June/July 2007, "Shocking News About Meat").
