Freas Farm Winery

We are located on the southern side of Jonestown Mountain, at the foot of Knob Mountain, nestled in the Village of Summerhill. This farm has been in our family for over 90 years and we are excited to revive it to its days of production and maintain the farm's history of agricultural sustainability. We are honored to continue the tradition of Boyd, Vida, Sherm and Doris. We believe to make great wine we must take an equal responsibility for the lands we steward, as well as the community in which we reside. We feel strongly that producing wine and raising a glass is a cultural ritual that fosters friendship, joins the arts, brings families together, and unites communities.
