About Us
Sprout City Farms is an urban agriculture nonprofit cultivating educational urban farms that engage and strengthen communities since 2010. We manage 3 one-acre community farms throughout the Denver metro area (SE Denver, NE Denver, and Lakewood). Each farm site operates a farm stand, CSA share program, and makes donations.
